STEP 1: Crop image to desired size. Duplicate base and set to screen if necessary.
STEP 2: Fill Layer: #0D2640, set to exclusion 100%
STEP 3: Duplicate base and bring to top. Set on Color Burn, 100%
STEP 4: Duplicate base again, bring to top, set on Screen at 40%
STEP 5: Fill Layer: #D8E8A2 set on Soft Light at 100%
STEP 6: Fill Layer: #07F349 set on Soft Light at 50%
STEP 7: Hue/Sat layer: Decrease saturation -20. Other setting left alone.
STEP 8: Selective color layer:
R: -100, -1, +100, -100
Y: -100, -100, +45, 0
G: -100, +100, +100, 0
W: +100, +100, +100, 0
N: +50, +100, +100, +45
STEP 9: Duplicate base and bring to top. Go to Image-Adjustments-Desaturate. Set to Lighten at 40%
STEP 10: Open this
gradient (right-click and save) and place on top of your layers.
Set to screen at 98%.
You may need to fiddle around with this and move it around depending on your image.
STEP 11: At this point, you can add some text or brush to accent the image if you like. When you're happy, flatten the image. If you want the white border I used, simply duplicate your flattened image and add a 2px wide stroke to the image by going to 'edit' » 'stroke'. Then flatten the image again and save!
