STEP 1: Crop image to desired size 
STEP 2: Duplicate base and set to screen 100% 
STEP 3: New fill Layer: #161234, set to exclusion 100% 
STEP 4: New fill layer, #D7A777, set to overlay 76%

STEP 5: New fill layer, #72B2CC, set to color burn at 100%

STEP 6: Duplicate the color burn layer and set to 75%. I erased a part of this layer over the actual tree and ground. I only wanted the sky to pop out with the brighter blue.

STEP 7: New selective color layer:
R: -100, 0, +100, 0
N: 0, -10, +20, 0

STEP 8: New fill layer, #F0C8DB, set to soft light 100% 
STEP 9: Duplicate the orange layer from step 4 and bring to top. Set to soft light 76% 
STEP 10: Another selective color layer:
R: 0, 0, 0, +40
C: +100, 0. 0. +100
N: +100, 0, 0, -7
B: +100, 0, 0, 0

STEP 11: New color balance layer:
Highlights: +21, 0, 0 (preserve luminosity)

STEP 12: Add text or brush and you're done! Flatten image and save. If you'd like the white border that I used, simply duplicate your flattened image and go to edit » stroke and choose white at 2px wide. Then reflatten the image and save.
