Live overseas? Have no fear. There are ways to watch the show online, for free, without having to download the episode and not having to wait very long. In fact, you can sometimes watch new eps the same night or not long after we here in the states get to watch. Below are some great and helpful links to watch House eps online. For the sake of legalities, you should also buy the dvds, which I provide a link to below.

summary: TV Shack is great and goes directly to each episode you choose. No picking a link, no searching for the best version and they usually have episodes the day after (sometimes the night of!) they originally air. A great, great resource for House eps.

summary: Sidereel allows you to watch every ep of House in, usually, a high quality format. They also load eps very quickly. You can usually choose from a number of links to watch the ep. I recommend Tudou (Japanese version of YouTube) or anything Divx. There are sometimes false links provided but it's usually easy to pick them out.

summary: Another source for House vids, and has many, but I find it to be sort of scattered and unorganized. Still useful if you can't find the episodes anywhere else.

summary: I would use this as a last option, although it's probably the best source of any TV/movie links on the net. The downside is that you have to install the Zango toolbar in order to watch most of them. Personally, I downloaded it, watched what I wanted, then removed it from my computer. Whenever I want to watch something I reinstall it, watch, then remove it again. It gives annoying advertising pop-ups and slows down your computer sometimes, so I wouldn't recommend keeping it installed for too long. I guess it's the price you pay for watching anything you want online for free. Not a bad trade off but I think the sites I listed above are usually very reliable. Choose this option if you absolutely must catch an episode and none of the other links are working.
There are tons of tv show sites out there. These are just a few. If you don't like these, simply run a search on yahoo or google and you'll find a ton more.
