Extremely early in her career, Jen was in an episode of Touched by an Angel where she played a popular cheerleader named Melissa who was the object of desire by a geeky kid named Dennis who was picked on in school. When Dennis grows up, he decides he wants to get revenge on the football guy, Ricky, who was mean to him. At his high school reunion, he plans to humiliate Ricky, but he then finds out that Melissa married Ricky, and that she has cancer. Melissa explains to him that Ricky completely changed when she became sick and he's now an amazing husband and father. Dennis decides to let go of his grudge.
